Classroom trainings
Classroom trainings in a form of a dynamic interactive lecture.
We focus on a practice. Through the use of historical examples we bring life into the trainings and show how leadership principles function in real life.

Leadership
We give answers to cardinal questions about leadership. What does it mean to be a leader? Who may be a leader? What are leader's responsibilities towards a group? Can one learn leadership?
Mission
We show why having and understanding of mission is so important in all functions of every organization. This part covers how the mission is organized, communicated to subordinates and supervised.
Group
The group is a tool that the leader must use to accomplish the mission. Understanding how the group works makes the tool and the leader more effective.
Setting the example
Setting the example may be the single most important issue for success. This topic allows the students to see how they are viewed by those they lead, why this is important and how this helps sell the mission.
Core values
Core values are the foundation of every organization. By using real life examples we show importance of the core values and their influence on everyday business activities.
Mentoring
Guiding and motivating the group. How can a leader move his or her group in the direction he or she wants. How to bring all the above topics together to establish a solid team focused and moving in the direction desired by the leader. Striking all missions and objectives with a fist not an open hand.
