Leadership Reaction Course

The objective of LRC is to assess both leadership skills and  the ability to be a part of a group.

LRC consists of a number (usually from 6 to 10) of tasks that require teamwork in order to be fulfilled.

The participants are divided into 10-15 people groups. Each group independently solves given problems. The tasks are designed in order to  stress leadership, teamwork and communication within the group.   At each station new leaders are appointed so that everybody gets a chance to bear the responsibility of being a leader.  The groups and their leaders are assessed by the Leadership Source Cadre at each site.
The course is conducted in a field environment allowing the teams to navigate from site to site and compete against the clock and each other.

We have proved that LRC is a great source of team building and leader evaluation.

At the end of the course we provide our assessment of the performance of the participants, their leadership abilities and teamwork skills. Testing and feedback can be formal or informal depending on company preference.
